Alyssa Wagner is the designer and original copyright owner of all photographs taken by Photographers with Alyssa Rose Photography. Alyssa Rose Photography will release and grant permission to the Client of edited photos ONLY for personal use.

This will include permission to reproduce photographs by any printing service, enlargements, and any products that could be used to promote the Client themselves without compensation given to the Photographer.

Clients will hold the rights for creative permission for use of commercial or internet printing services, such as invitations, calendars, books, cards, ect.

However, Alyssa Rose Photography does not release production of any photographs for profit, this includes photo competitions or any other use on the internet where a profit could be obtained by the Client without prior written consent, or use of any photographs in a manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation of the Photography and the Company.

Clients are NOT granted permission to alter any photographs that are released by the Photographer in any way.

Client understands that photos posted to social media not containing the watermark of Alyssa Rose Photography will require credit to be given to Alyssa Rose Photography. Clients can tag Alyssa Rose Photography on Facebook by use the tag @alyssarosephotographyne. Clients can also link to Alyssa Rose Photography by including https://www.facebook.com/alyssarosephotographyne/ or https://alyssarosephotographyne.mypixieset.com/.

A signed Print Release will be provided to Clients giving the Client rights to print edited photos. However, Alyssa Rose Photography retains the rights to any photos taken during any session for business purposes, such as marketing, promotions, or any other use the Photographer deems suitable.
