Client Billing and Terms of Sale
Deposits paid are non-refundable and due at the time of booking. Some packages such as weddings and larger events will require a 50% deposit. This is to be paid at the time of scheduling to book your session. The other 50% will be paid no later than one week prior to the Client's event. Many packages such as family, senior, and/or promotional sessions may be required to pay 100% at the time of scheduling. This is to be discussed with the Photographer(s) at the time of booking.
If Client wishes to purchase additional photos not offered with their packages, the Client will be billed at $1.50 per photo upon request.
Edited photos will be available through electronic download for ONE month following the date that the collection is sent to the Client. A remidner email will be send one week prior to the collection being deleted. If the Client does not download collections during this one month time frame, an additional $20.00 will be billed to the Client to have the collection uploaded for another month for electronic download.
An invoice will be sent to Client with all payment information and will be update by the Photogarpher(s) as payments are made towards the balance for Client records. Edited photos will NOT be availabe for download until all invoice payments are made.
If Client choose to puchase photographs through Alyssa Rose Photography's online stores, Client understands that all sales are FINAL.
Alyssa Rose Photography uses Stripe as an online payment form. Credit card payments with stripe have a 2.9%+.30 cent fee charge. Client understands that they are responsible for this charge when using a credit card through the online store.
Gift cards and promotional discounts are required to be made at the time of checkout thorugh the online store. Gift cards and promotional discounts cannot be made retroactive. Photographs purchased through Alyssa Rose Photography's online store are shipped based on the shipping chosen by the Client at checkout.
Client will receive tracking information on all orders as made avaialble. Any orders that are purchased through the online store that arrive damaged need to be reported to Alyssa Rose Photography within 5 business days for replacement review. Please send an email to alyssarosephotography@outlook.com with your name, order number, and a picture of the product and the shipping box.
All refunds are at the discretion of Alyssa Rose Photography.
