Client Contract Disclaimer


Client will arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time of their session and ready. This includes ensuring hair and makeup are finished and all parties are dressed for the session. This ensures that the time frame of the session is used for photographing the Client and all parties of the session. Any time used after the start of the session for getting ready will be included in the session time frame.


The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer(s) in obtaining the dsired photographs, this includes any specific scenary and taking the time to pose at the Photographer's direction. Photographer(s) is not responsible for any desired photos that were not taken if those were not discussed prior to or during the Client's session. 


The Client understands that during the editing process, the Photographer(s) will not edit any participants body shape, size, or dimensions. The Photographer(s) can remove blemishes, scars, and marks during the editing process.


Any additional expenses required for each session (parking, extended travel, or any other expenses deemed necessary by Photographer(s) during the booking process) will be added to the amount paid during the deposit. 


Client understands that any additional expense(s) added to their package as deemed necessary by the Photographer(s), will be billed to the Client. 


Any unscheduled or additional time needed by the Client will be billed at $150/hour for packages with one Photographer and $250/hour for packages with two Photographers with a minimum of 1 hour billed automatically starting 15 minutes passed scheduled time of session conclusion. 


Deposits paid are non-refundable under any circumstances and is due at the time of booking. Some packages such as weddings and larger events will require a 50% deposit. This is to be paid at the time of scheduling to book your session. The other 50% will be paid no later than one week prior to the event. Many packages such as family, senior, and/or promotion options may be required to pay 100% at the time time of scheduling to book your session. This is to be discussed at the time of scheduling.



Refunds for any billable expense(s) outside of the deposit will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Every reasonable effort by the Photographer(s) and Client will be made to reschedule the session when necessary. 


A signed Print Release form will be provided, giving the Client rights to print edited photos for personal use only. The Photographer(s), however, retain the rights to use any photos taken during any session for business purposes, such as marketing, session promotions, or any other use Photographer(s) deem suitable. 


Client understands that if edited photos not containing the Photographer(s) watermark are posted to social media platforms, the Client will give credit to Photographer(s) and/or Alyssa Rose Photography.

Client understands that up to one month (30 days) is needed to perform all editing of photos and three months (90 days) for the editing of larger events and weddings. The number of photos received by the Client depends on the package type (additional financial responsibility may be required by Client for additional photos).


If Client wishes to purchase additional photos not offered with their package, the Client understands that this will be billed at $1.50 per photo upon request. A secondary invoice will be sent to the Client. 


Photo collections will be available through electronic download. All Client selected photos can be downloaded by phone, tablet, or computer. The collection will be available for electronic download for up to one month following the date the collection is sent to the Client.


If the Client does not download the electronic collection during the one month time frame, an additional $20.00 will be billed to the Client to have the collection uploaded for electronic download a second time. A secondary invoice will be sent to the Client and will be paid in full prior to the collection being uploaded a second time. 


The Client will receive a reminder email prior to the collection being deleted. 


Client understands that an invoice will be sent to them with all payment information and will be updated as payments are made towards the balance owed. 


Any additional expense(s) such as extended times or additional fees will be billed on a secondary invoice sent to the Client. 


Client understand that all invoices will be paid in full prior to the release of any edited photos.


If Client chooses to purchase photographs through Alyssa Rose Photography's online stores, Client understands that all sales are FINAL. 


Alyssa Rose Photography uses Stripe as an online payment form. Credit card payments with stripe have a 2.9% +. 30 cent fee charge. Client understands that they are responsible for this charge when using a credit card through the online store. 


Gift cards and promotional discounts are required to be made at the time of checkout through the online store. Gift cards and promotional discounts cannot be made retroactive. 


Photographs purchased through Alyssa Rose Photography's online store are shipped based on the shipping chosen by the Client at checkout. 


Client will received tracking information on any orders as made available. 


Any orders that are purchased through the online store that arrive damaged need to be reported to Alyssa Rose Photography within 5 business days for replacement review. Please send an email to alyssarosephotography@outlook.com with your name, order number, and a picture of the product and the shipping box. 


All refunds are at the discretion of Alyssa Rose Photography.
